- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Include all original tags and labels
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team
- Receive your return authorization and shipping label
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship using the provided label
Exceptions:
- Electronical purchases such as e-gift cards
- blind boxes
- food or drinks
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
