We are an anime store that provides many general Japanese items with a heavy focus on anime merchandise. Since 2021, Hi hi Mochi has been in operation in the greater Sacramento area serving many anime fans. Opened by anime lovers for anime lovers, we understand what enthusiast want. So our goal was simple; To give people a welcoming place by not just having a wide selection of merchandise, but forming a community that loves anime as much as we do, and that goal starts with every one of you. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

Return Window

You have the right to return items within the specified timeframe. The return period starts from the date you receive your order.

30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship using the provided label

Refunds & Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Blind Boxes/Bags
  • Collectible Goods
